RETURN BY REPENTANCE OR WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product upon delivery and notify us, as we will arrange for cancellation within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.
If you receive the product and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of your order amount. The deadline for withdrawing from the purchase is 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The order will only be canceled if the product is without signs of use, accompanied by invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The order will be canceled after we analyze the product. The analysis will be carried out within 07 (seven) business days, counted from the receipt of the product in our store again.
If the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:
Credit Card: You will be asked to cancel the debit from your credit card company. If a debit has already occurred, the reversal of the installment(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. We remind you that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.
Bank slip: the refund will be made through a deposit in the purchaser's checking account, even CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.
REIMBURSEMENT OF CANCELED ORDER AMOUNT
The refund of the amount paid will take place according to the payment options below:
Credit Card: Your card company will be notified and the chargeback will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
Bank slip or debit account: the refund will be made by electronic transfer to the current account indicated by the buyer, within 10 working days. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same as that stated in the order (client's CPF).
In installment purchases, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.
In case of return, the refund of values will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the condition of the product(s) in our store again.
The refund will be made on the total value of the returned/cancelled product, adding up to the shipping cost.
We disclaim the responsibility to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE - MODEL DIFFERENCE and/or QUALITY IRREGULARITY
Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any disagreement with the product or with the quality of delivery, refuse and record the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. Do not sign any other documents.
Once notified by the carrier about the return, our team will arrange a new order with the shipment of the product.
If you receive the merchandise and it presents any discrepancies, it must be without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories so that it can be replaced by another product of the same kind (model and brand). The deadline for contacting our Customer Service Center is 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after analyzing the product. The deadline for collecting the product, at the same delivery address, will be informed via email or telephone. The deadline for carrying out the exchange will depend on the availability of the same product model in our stock and will be informed via email or telephone. If the product is out of stock, it may be replaced by another similar product of the same price. However, if you do not want the similar product, you will have the right to request cancellation of the purchase.
EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The exchange request must be communicated to the customer within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request the exchange, provided that it is accompanied by a technical report from one of the accredited technical assistance companies and the product has no signs of misuse, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The deadline for product collection will be informed via email or telephone. The products will be analyzed by us and may be returned without prior consultation in case of non-compliance with the criteria listed above or if no defect is found.
If the product purchased on our website is defective after 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt, but within the product warranty period, you must contact us to communicate the fact and obtain clarification.
If our delivery person does not find anyone at the indicated location, he will make up to three attempts.
Confirm the measurements with the packaging of the purchased product, if it is compatible with the passage measurements of the delivery address, for example, passage through doors, gates, elevators, stairs and planned furniture.
If the delivery does not take place and or it is not possible to locate the indicated address, we will contact you through email and telephone contacts to confirm the address.
Delivery will be made according to the payment option selected at the time of purchase, and will depend on confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for the payment method. Delivery time varies depending on several factors.
